Spencer Angel, Managing Director

Spencer is the founding partner of Cyrus Capital Management. Spencer has over 15 years senior experience in acquiring, streamlining, rehabilitating, strengthening and rejuvenating business operations and structurally compromised positions.

Prior to the founding of Cyrus Capital Management, Spencer held senior roles as: President, CEO and a Director of Continucare Corporation (CNU-AMEX) a Publicly Traded Healthcare Services company with over $180 million in revenue and 300 employees; CEO, President and a Director of Harter Financial, Inc. a diversified consulting firm providing services relating to mergers and acquisitions, financing and reorganization; President, CEO and Director of Medical Laser Technologies, Inc./Fidelity Medical Inc. makers of Digital X-Ray Picture Archiving and Communications System (“PACS”) for Cardiac Catheterization labs; and President of Consolidated Payroll Services, Inc. a company engaged in the payroll service and armored car business. Spencer holds a JD from Hofsta Law School and a BS from Babson College with a major in Finance and Entrepreneurial studies.

Seymour Svirsky

Seymour has over 40 year experience in real estate investment and development.

Joshua Angel

Joshua has senior experience in all areas of reorganization, rehabilitation and creditor rights. Joshua has over 45 years of experience specializing in the field of creditor rights and corporate reorganization, and he enjoys a national reputation as a leader in his field. As the founder of Angel & Frankel, PC., Joshua has played a leading role in major business reorganizations. He is currently a director of Cellular Technical Services Company, Inc.; Lancer Industries, Inc.; Fairfield Gear, Inc.; and the Cattle Sale Company. Joshua holds a B.S. degree from New York University, and an LLB from Columbia University.
